How to Lose 14 Stone Safetly - Adam's Success Story

Adam Joy used to drink fifty pints a week with late-night drinking sessions and always started his day with cheese and sausage rolls. But now the 42-year-old is a new man after losing 14 stone for early-morning runs with his personal trainer and Keto Diet

The father-of-two from Dartford, Kent, started his weight-loss journey last year after he struggling to get up the stairs and suffering from high blood pressure. He said: "I couldn't get up the stairs, there was even a time at Twickenham where I couldn't get up to the next floor to watch the game."

The publican decided to get in touch with Keto Diet and has set himself a target of getting a well-defined six-pack by New Years Eve. He said: "Now I still enjoy myself, I drink gin and slimline and still eat a cooked breakfast with bubble and squeak - just with leaner sausages.

"The message I want to get across to people is that fad diets did not change my weight, it's about long term strategies. I now run four times a week and I go to the gym three or four times as well where I hit the weights. I also signed up Keto Diet plan. I have a busy life, but this Keto is manageable for me. I can find recipes I like and make them quickly and easily"
